Breaking News: Our Company and Hunan Normal University Jointly Developed Strain Successfully Preserved by CCTCC

Date:2025-07-23

Recently, a novel fermented strain culture jointly developed by our company and Hunan Normal University has officially passed the review of the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) and has been successfully preserved. This strain culture has been submitted for patent procedures and will be applied to the core process upgrade of our hydrolyzed sponge production, marking a significant breakthrough in the industrial application of biofermentation technology.

The preserved strain, optimized through targeted fermentation, exhibits high efficiency, stability, and eco-friendliness. Its metabolic process can effectively degrade organic substances in sponges while enhancing the drug-loading capacity of microneedles and maintaining their mechanical properties. The application of this technology will further elevate the production process of our microneedle raw materials, providing customers with safer and more efficient products.

Hunan Normal University’s research expertise in microbial fermentation and our company’s industrial experience complement each other, enabling deep industry-academia collaboration that accelerates the transition of technology from the lab to production. This achievement not only demonstrates our R&D capabilities but also sets a benchmark for the application of biotechnology in the industry. We will continue to advance the implementation of this technology in hydrolyzed sponge production.

We look forward to serving the markets of advanced skincare, medical aesthetics, transdermal drug delivery, and scalp care with more innovative products, fulfilling our corporate mission of "Technology for a Better Life."

The China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), established in 1985 and operated by Wuhan University, is one of the world’s authoritative biological material preservation institutions approved by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It is also China’s first international depository under the Budapest Treaty.

CCTCC preservation confirms the strain’s clear biological characteristics and reliable genetic stability, providing scientific assurance for future industrial applications. The successful preservation of our strain not only validates the innovation of the technology but also lays a compliant foundation for the process upgrade of hydrolyzed sponges.
